We had an appointment for 8:00am, and confirmed it the night before. 4 new tires and an oil change, so about $1,000 purchase. My wife has a fligh this afternoon, so need to get this done first thing this morning, that is why we confirmed. Upon our arrival were told that there are 2 cars in front of us and they do not know when they can get to our car. Sorry, Sears, you just lost a nice purchase. Chuck
