Good: Everyone, the guys parking the cars, mechanics and sales people were extremely helpful and very nice.. Bad: They were out of paper towels in the Men's Room which I didn't notice until I got done washing my hands.. Improvements: Can't think of any.. Other: I have been dealing with Hopkins Ford for many years. I live in New Jersey and travel to Hopkins in PA because of the exceptional service I've received over the years. I've purchased a few cars from them and have had my cars services there without incident. The owner there, Jack McKensie, has a wonderful group of people who go out of their way to please me every time I've been there. My hat goes off to these folks for delivering such fine service.
