Called SPL on Tuesday, he said he'd come by Wednesday to give a quote, and promised to have it done by Thursday. He either never showed up on Wednesday or never called to tell me a quote, and it's already 8 pm on Thursday and I haven't heard anything from them. I tried calling and it went straight to voice mail. I might as well have asked a shifty eyed homeless crackhead to do it. Also, if you run a business, when you actually DO answer a phone, state the name of your business, don't wait for me to ask if this is a business or if I dialed the wrong number. Seriously unprofessional.
