Good: I like the shoes - quantity and quality of selection are good. Bad: VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE STORE IN GAINESVILLE, VA. The customer floor service employees are rude and it appears as if they really do not want to help anyone.. Improvements: New - professional customer service employees!!!!!!!!. Other: Don't go to this store - there are others in the area with better customer service.
