I am writing to let you know how thorough and helpful Deavonn Jenkins has been in responding to maintenance concerns where my daughter lives. Deavonn has been flexible, accommodating, and quick to arrange maintenance. His aid has been much appreciated in dealing with our maintenance situation, especially since I can almost hear the shrieks of happiness from the girls all the way here in Philadelphia!
