West Coast Chief Repair called me before I even had time to contact them and arranged a timely appointment. They called me the morning of the appointment to let me know the technician would arrive within the next 30 minutes, which he did. The technician was knowledgeable, friendly, polite, and kept me informed of what he was doing at all times. My heater was working within the hour, at an amazing price! I have already recommended them to others and will continue to do so, I couldn't be more pleased with their service!
