This is the first time I really felt like Toyota has gone out of their way to help me with my concerns on my brakes. Vince met with me, took a drive with me and gave me pointers on how to use the brakes to prevent the squeeling that occurs when I come to a stop. I really like the service that Robert and Vince have shown me as a consumer. I would recomend the service, thank you for your help. I drove home last night with no extra noise coming from the brakes
