WOW! OK listen, they are not the cheapest company in the world. That being said, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! I had a tech come to my home and ask me if it was ok where he parked (he was on the street so who wouldn't be ok with that, but I appreciated the respect he gave me) then rolled out a red mat so that he wouldn't dirty my floor and on top of that put little shoe covers on! We called at 10pm with no hot water, he was here by 10.45!!! and had us hot water by midnight. Needless to say we now have a service contract with them where they don't even charge you to come out on a sunday for an emergency, PLEASE. try getting that from the cheapest guy around and he will laugh right in your face, I say it one more time... YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR, and Weltman more than surprised me as to their service GREAT JOB , lifetime customer here =)
