I have to admit- I pretty much hold a stereotypical attitude towards salesmen in general. And i certainly held true when i visited other car dealerships during my search for a vehicle earl this year. However, i have to say that your salesman Jeff Ribak was very courteous in dealing with me and not to pushy-which i appreciated. And the woman who processed the financial paperwork(i apologize-i do not remember her name)- she was very friendly and explained every aspect of extra warranty and insurance options that i might find helpful in the long run. Also-when i returned the same week to request an extra key and have my rear view mirror adjusted, the manager Brett Douglas was professional and accommodating without hesitating- the mark of a successful business person. I just wanted to send a letter to say how much i appreciate the service i have received so far. Let me say that Baystate is not the closest Ford dealer to where i live but because of the positive first impressions i have of your facility- i plan to continue traveling to Easton to have my car serviced.
