Dr. Renan is amazing! I've not experienced ANY of what the other people on here have experienced. His bed side manner has always been warm, honest and positive. I left another OB and found him and when I would complain or get down about the bad experience I had with her, he would encourage me to stay positive and remind me that it was in the past and to focus on the future and what we can do to get me healthy now. He's been my doctor for 8 years and I adore him. He takes all the time that is needed for every appointment that I've had and I've never felt rushed. When I've had to have him paged after hours or on the weekends, he has called me back within 20 minutes at all hours! One night it was 9pm and I could hear his kids/family in the background. He doesn't stop being a doctor because he left the office or hospital.
I had to have a partial hysterectomy when I was 33. I thank Dr. Renan for saving my life and giving it back to me because I've never felt better! His staff and nurse assistants are very sweet and when I see them at the hospital, they always remember my face and my name. Dr. Renan is THE best.
BTW - who cares what the guy is wearing. I see more doctors wearing jeans these days so it's not exactly uncommon. And if he shows up for a delivery in his golf clothes, it's because he dropped what he was doing during his free time to rush to YOU. Yup, that sounds about right.
