I went in for my cleaning appointment and was seated promptly by the dental hygienist, she was gentle, very thorough and knowledgeable. If an area was tender, she put topical on. She gave me heads up what she thought the dentist may see and diagnose. She showed me camera type pictures of my teeth and I could visually what the doctor sees. The margins were deteriorating and i could see darkness around the edges. I've had a cracked tooth before from those big old silver fillings and I do not want another. There was no hard sell, just sound facts that made great sense. I trust their judgement. I had a thorough exam by both the hygienist and the doctor, even checked for cancer too. It's like having 2 sets of eyes instead of 2. They also have a male hygienist, who is very knowledgeable and compassionate. I eased dropped on his conversation. I will try him next. I have heard that the new doctor is great too. I trust their judgement and was very pleased with the entire staff.
