I am always allowed ample time to select my frames and ask questions. I never felt rushed or pressured. If there are any issues, I may bring them up. The staff has been super friendly to me and my family. My husband has a more complicated case with contact lenses, and she has made some recommendations that makes it possible for him not to wear glasses. He has worn glasses for decades now he can wear contact lenses for reading and distance.
