I simply do not get the negative reviews. I have been taking my Saab here for the last 6 years and had nothing but positive experiences.
Eli and his crew are honest, respectful and cost me about half of what I would spend at the Saab dealership. Further, they explain everything to me and show me exactly why a repair in necessary. They even give me a lift home if they need to keep the car for several hours! What's up with you negative people? This place is great and I would not go anywhere else!
