I would like thank you, your staff and especially Kris Sharma for helping us with our 4Runner check engine light issues. During our trip down to Disneyland from the Bay Area we had automobile problems. After searching Google and seeing that your dealership had a high rating, we decided to take the car into your dealership to see if we could get our car repaired so we could get home. From our initial phone call to get an appointment to finally driving the car off the lot repaired your staff was nothing but professional. Kris was also the highlight of our visit. He too was extremely professional and gained my “trust” almost immediately. From follow on phone conversations with Kris and in person conversations with him I could see that this was no ordinary dealership and that guest satisfaction was the end goal. If our family ever has car problems again in Southern California we will be returning to a highly trusted “car doctor”, Kris Sharma at Miller Toyota of Anaheim.
