One of the office staff members was the so rude!She threatened me over the phone because i said i was going to be late for an appointment because i had a family emergancy,she told me she would have to charge me 50 dollars so i said fine,she was so nasty i told her i was going somewhere else.she got real angry and said and you better not bad mouth our specialists,which i didnt and 5 days later sent me a bill to my house for 150 dollars!! vera does not no how to speak to customers and i hope in the future the problem will be taken care of so the doctor doesnt lose more people ,
