My previous experiences purchasing cars were not all that great so when it came time for me to purchase my current car, I was less than enthusiastic! Having contacted several dealers, I was pleased when Nate contacted me. His responses were prompt, informative and he was very helpful! I had just had a serious car accident and he was willing to work with me over the internet and phone since I couldn't make it into the dealership. Once I was able to get there to test drive cars, Nate again was very helpful! There was no pressure to buy although I had already made up my mind I was getting a car that day from McGrath! He had the cars I wanted to drive ready which made it very easy for me to chose. We were able to get the financing dealt with quickly. He made sure that I knew the features of my car before leaving the lot and made sure the Onstar was working! Since I had a rental, he helped me return it which was above and beyond what he had to do. That was greatly appreciated!!! I would recommend Nate and McGrath to anyone looking for a new car and a hassel free experience!
