This is absolutely the best outdoor store in Arcata. Before buying my new bike I made sure I did my homework by visiting all the stores in the town. By far was this the store with the best customer service. Mike, the bike expert is just that, a bike expert. He definitely makes sure you get the most for your money. And, if by any chance you're not satisfied or there's something wrong with the merchandise the will work with you, no questions asked. Great store! Great customer service!
