Good: what did i like about my experience there? not 1 thing.. Bad: the people were rude. obnoxious, horse playing, didn't take their jobs serious at all. i received a full detail from them that took 4 hours and when i received my car they had dirt on my carpets they didnt clean my door panels there was dirt and garbage in the pockets and my cup holders had gunk from when i spilled soda in it. the windows had streak marks and hand prints from where they touched it. they messed up my paint and left marks in it and had wax dried on my bumpers that they didnt remove.. Improvements: the only improvement would be for them to close down!. Other: i will never go there again and i make sure to tell everyone i know not to go there as well.
