I would like to thank several people in your facility. I purchased a Sentra from Williams in May of 2010. Brian Peet was a great salesman at the time of sale. He also said that if I had questions to always call or drop by. Well I had a very big question on my inspection and the due date. Brian dropped what he was doing and helped me figure it out. (I had gone 2 months over on it, not knowing because it was purchased in May I thought I had a year) Well any way he went with me out to service and they were concern in the service dept about my getting a ticket. They took it in that day and took care of the car. I also receive a free inspection certificate the day before that is what started my checking into the situation. The whole entire team didn’t blink an eye when I dropped by, with my question and they took action right away to remedy the situation. I would like to thank Brian, Jim and the entire service team that worked with me on my vehicle. more
