I purchased my vehicle from Koerner Ford to start. Phoned the service dept and asked if they had time to get my truck in for service, the reply was yes bring it in right away. I did. This was on a Tuesday and i explained I need the truck for the weekend and if you can't get it done I will reschedule. The reply was no problem get it in here right away and we will have it done for you. Thursday comes and they are still working on it. Friday comes and truck is not done. I schedule pick up for Saturday morning. Service dept said they were waiting for parts to finish. Heres the kicker. Truck never moved out of parking lot per VIDEO. I will never use Koerner Again. FYI Koerner, if you can't get the work done don't lie to your customers just come out and say you can't do it, it goes alot further while keeping your customers coming back.
