I took in a bag to be monogrammed and gave VERY specific details on what I wanted and how I wanted the bag to look. When I went to pick up the bag, it was a complete disaster--nothing like what I wanted! Turns out they could not do what I wanted, but instead of letting me know and/or decide, they took it upon themselves to do what they wanted. To say I was NOT HAPPY is an understatement! Instead of offering to replace my bag, they offered me a free monogram. WHY would I return?!? So they could botch another of my items?!?
