I've been taking my 10 month old lab/husky/pit/who knows what else mix here since she was 8 weeks old. The staff seem to be knowledgeable and will answer any question, no matter how dumb. Since I treat my dog as if it was my kid, I ask a lot of questions about it's health, as if I was an old Jewish mother. They are always courteous though and diligently answer each one for me. Based off the staff's years of experience and professional attitude, I can't imagine them not excelling.
