I have been using Leonard Plating for years but this ended today. The owner lost some specialty size screws that I wanted plated and accused me of not bringing them in. He also called me idiotic for thinking I couldn't replace the screws easily when I knew full well that they would be very difficult to replace. He was rude, condescending, and very unwilling to take any responsibility for his carelessness. He has lost my business for life.
