Good: Great haircut; I've had this sweetie for 15 years, she's had a lot of bad cuts, but never a better one. She looked wonderful when they were done.. Bad: She was there too long. She is obviously an older dog and I get worried when she is somewhere new for that long.. Improvements: More feedback on how she did. I was reassured by the receptionist that she would be offered water and potty breaks, but they were busy when I picked her up, but I would have liked a report when I picked her up.. Other: Because I told them how old she was they were apprehensive about cutting her (wanted me to bring her in for a check first), and that hurt my feelings. She is in GREAT shape and they never would have known how old she was. They could have just asked me how ambulatory she was..
