I was very impressed with my first experience at Polished. I made the reservations online, and was emailed a response within a few hours. I showed up on time for my appointment, and was greeted warmly and led to my chair with no wait. I was most impressed by the cleanliness of the shop; having had some issues in the past with shops that didn't property sterilize equipment, Polished was a breath of fresh air. I had a great pedicure (Island Goddess) and a basic manicure. Both were very well done, and I loved that the manicurist was very gentle with my fingernails as I've only recently grown out my nails from a disastrous allergic reaction. This was the first salon I've been to since the summer, and I will definitely go back again. It's a little pricier than some, but for the convenience, professional work and cleanliness it's worth every penny!
