Strongly recommended for nails - I have a chihuahua who *hates* nail clipping and in the past at other salons this has been traumatic for my dog - not so at Best Friends..we arrived as a walk-in with another chi in line ahead of us and so I watched the calm, composed staff take care of two chi's nails - one gently stroked between my little dog's eyes (a calming technique) while the other quickly and expertly took care of all his nails. No whining and no crying. I am so grateful this is close to home - I now will go nowhere else.
