The employees went WAY out of their way to please us as we bought something off of their used lot. It was a 2002 Focus that wasn't going to go for top dollar. That didn't matter. They wanted to do everything they could to make sure we had everything we needed and were completely satisfied and comfortable through the whole process. I hope to buy there again!
