We've had our furnace service and our vents/ducts cleaned twice by Valley and I feel like they did a great job. Our technician was Rich and he was really good about expaining the cleaning process (our son has respiratory issues) and he did a very thorough job. He was also mindful of our indoor cats to not leave doors open. I think their prices are fair - we used them 2 years ago and price increase was $30. They showed up on time and weren't in a rush to do the job and get out.
