I went to this place for 3 years and was perfectly happy until I bought a GS350 with power folding mirrors. They would fold them in before the wash, but not after. Today I caught them for the 2nd time yanking my mirror like it was a breakaway. I called it to the attention of the manager who did nothing but come out and listen to excuses. No apology. No promise to not do it again. Nothing. I will never go back after washing two cars every two weeks for 3 years at $40 a visit. Shame on them.
