I give one star b/c I can't give 0.
This company has the WORST customer service of any company I have EVER dealt with. Our ac went out and our home warranty company sent this company to fix it. After 5 days without air in 100* weather, we are still without air, and the owner has blamed everyone else for his own shortcomings. Calls were never returned, he lied repeatedly to us and to the warranty company and apparently "first thing in the morning" means 11:00. On top of that, there are extra charges which seem to be just their way of making extra money. We will NEVER use Full Circle Mechanical again, for any reason, at any time.
