Mr. Vince Carnovale, Service Director, went out of his way to ensure that the problem that I had been having with my 2011 Toyota Camry for a month had been resolved. He even tested my car for 2-hours to make sure that the problem was solved. I was very pleased with his concern and the way he solved the problem with the horn honking 5 different times, whenever it wanted to honk. more
