Educated stylists who are put together and capable. They listen and give input. Very professional image and welcoming atmosphere. Usually see these types of salons in bigger cities, they know what they are doing and how to run a business and their staff. I was very impressed. Pricing is reasonable and based on experience and clientel size. I definitely would go to The Grotto over anywhere else in Bellingham.
