I went to this salon for years and especially liked it when David took over. While it is a beautiful salon and everyone is very friendly I started feeling that I was being taken advantage of because I would have a standing appointment every Saturday at 8:00 a.m. but then I would get there and someone was already in the chair with my girl, Diane, and I would have to wait sometimes an hour. Then while doing my nails, someone would walk in for a brow wax or something else and she would let me sit while she tended to them. I would end up being in the salon for something like 3 hours. The price was always different every time, whether I got the same thing or not. Plus, she would cut my cuticles with the electric file as well as the filing board. At times I felt like she was rushing on me so she could tend to a walk in. I just felt like since I had been going there for a long time and paying a lot of money that I should be the one she should care about pleasing.
