After waiting weeks to hear back, this company finally came to install my new vinyl lettering. Not only was it full of bubbles, but it was crooked as well. When I asked the (very unprofessional and shabby-looking) "installer" about it, he said that "sometimes that's how it goes" and "it looks good from far away."
Long story short, I'm very disappointed. When I spoke with the owner (Ken) he said he would give me a discount on another portion of signs I needed. Why would I accept that? The first part was bad...I'd never go back - discount or not.
