Good: The checkout office staff was very friendly. Dr. Cope and her nurse practitioner (can't remember her name) always provide me with ample time for exam and to ask questions. Bad: The registration staff is not overly friendly (the ones you meet when you come in for an appointment). Improvements: A little less wait time would be great. I always spend at least two hours to get through my annual exam. I know it will never happen, but when will the doctors quit scheduling appointments 20 minutes apart, when that is not realistic?. Other: Dr. Cope, her nurse practitioner, and the check out people are extremely helpful. Dr. Cope and the NP have always provided me with enough time I need for the exam and to ask questions. Something needs to be done, though, about the wait time. It is way too long and very frustrating. My time is valuable too..
