Lovely. Yvette McAvoy, the Service Consultant, was waiting for me. I was on time for my 12:30 appointment. The young man who drove me home and back after my car was serviced was charming. (Sorry, I didn't get his name. He gave it, I just didn't remember it.) My car was clean, sweet-smelling and quickly returned. Yippee!
