Good: They were prompt. I called the night before and needed the carpet cleaning right away. They came out 7 am next morning. The technician was neat and professional. He was so nice explaining everything to me. He was thorough in measuring and checking every area for what needed to be done. He was thorough in writing everything down in the invoice. I didn't think the carpets could look that good considering how old it was.. Bad: Nothing. Improvements: Service and the people were excellent on the phone and in person..
