After begging a nurse to review my computer records to see that the drug she was threatening to give me could put me in anaphylactic shock and possibly kill me, the nurse did NOT look at the records; instead she injected me with that very drug that nearly killed me once before. And the hospital says nothing is amiss, according to their reviews. Ditto the county, the licencing board, etcetera.
