I've taken my cocker spaniel to several other groomers, including dog spa's in Kirkland and Bellevue. None of those other places came close to how well Best Friends cares for my dog.
He is calm, no razor burns or bad nail clips when I pick him up. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
Their prices are very competitive, too.
My cocker spaniel is fairly "bomb proof"--little kids can pull his ears and he won't bite. Other dog salons said he was a biter, which shocked me. Best friends' groomers all say my dog is very loving and gentle.
The difference is in the low pressure atmosphere. They don't overbook and then take their stress out on your dog.
