I followed my favorite service advisor, who's the best I work with so far, from a competitor to Toyota of HB. Glad I did since I don't feel comfortable with anyone else @ competitor. Better amenities @ HB location, especially the on-site rental car service. I drive 2 Toyotas and only bring the cars there for all major services.
