Good: Excellent service. They stand by their merchandise and are very helpful. Good variety of pond supplies, pumps, etc.. Bad: Sometimes the variety of plants is somewhat limited. They have also cut back on the stock of silk flowers, etc in their gift shop -- I used to get my wreath-making supplies there. Improvements: More variety of containers and more exotic plants. Other: Haines has been supplying our community garden in Center City Philadelphia for almost 10 years. We love them. Great service. Very reasonable prices. Always pleasant and helpful!.
