Dr. Cope and her nurse practitioner are very good, both spend plenty of time and are very thorough. Unfortunately, the time in the waiting room to see Dr. Cope can go beyond two hours...have never waited less than an hour (which is why is see the nurse practitioner when I can). The office staff never tells you that there will be an extended wait nor are they very helpful when you've waited an hour and ask how much longer it will be. They're actually pretty rude when you ask. Virtually every time I'm there at least one person will leave before they've seen the doctor because they've waited so long. Other OBGYNs I've seen don't have long waits...would be worth Dr. Cope finding out how they do it and then implement that system in her office. And her office staff could use some customer service training too...
