We special ordered a very expensive small leather sectional last December (2009) and finally had it special (expedited) delivered in the middle of April, a lot longer than the quoted 10 weeks. Then the couch was scratched and ripped and sits completely different (softer not as firm as broken in store floor sample) Now it has to be picked up for repair and we would be out of a couch again for several weeks when we can get it picked up. There is no Customer Service with the current "Retirement" sale going on as no phone calls are being returned and you can't always leave a message as the box is full. Very bad service for such a high $ ticked item. ArtVan next door probably gives better service. more
