The office is indisputably shiny and with good equipment but the service is terrible. The support staff is always rude and with an attitude, and every time I have to wait on hold or leave a message when I want to schedule an appointment, despite the fact that they have about 10 support people sitting around. I also have to wait about 30min to be called in when I go for my appointment and then I have to wait again to check out after the appointment. The support staff also seems to expect the customers to call the insurance to check on payment status (i.e. to do their job for them).
I am not too impressed with the skills of the dentists there either. Perhaps for someone who hasn’t had too much dental work the results will be ok, but I was not happy with the quality of the fillings that I got. Further at my last exam (jsut a week ago) they missed to spot a cavity that needs to be taken care of asap and now I am getting charged for a second exam just so I can go and show them where the cavity is so they can fix it. Needless to say this will be my last appointment there.
