One of our 5 ton A/C units broke down about a month ago and we had West Coast Chief come out to fix it. It was a complicated repair but they know what theyre doing the unit was fixed in 2 days (required 3 trips). People at West Coast were also very understanding. The unit broke in the middle of a heat wave and they promptly dispatched their technician to fix it, so we didnt have to wait for days, it was getting pretty close to 100 degrees inside. Now, a month later, another heat wave comes around and our other 5 ton unit takes a dive. West Coast was here in under 3 hours and the unit was back up and running an hour later. Very professional outfit. Would gladly recommend and use again in the future. Semper Fi!
