Good: They get to your work quickly (because they have relatively few people waiting for their services). They are polite (unless you disagree with them). The shop is spotlessly clean (I don't know what this has to do with doing a good repair job, but it is nice). Bad: They do not back up their work. If they do the work and it is not done to your liking or the problem was not fixed, they will not go back and get it right. The only option with them is to do more work (with more and more charges). They are just as likely to just do the work without your consent which gives the appearance of dishonesty,. Improvements: I would like to see them complete the job without adding more and more charges. I would like to speak with them before they change the work order. And, I would like to see them accurately diagnose a problem and actually fix it as they said.. Other: If you have a problem of any type more than just the most rudamentary oil change, DON'T GO HERE. The only reason I went here more than once was because I had to use a provider on the WA state "approved" list. My experiences here were not good.
