My husband took our 2008 Dodge Avenger in for service.While waiting for service to be completed,he was greeted by Phil,whom he knew from being service manager. He asked if we were happy with the Avenger we purchased and I replied "NO". He asked why and I explained how we felt about the vehicle.After discussing the various problems, he said he felt he could put us in a better vehicle, more suitable for people of our age(in our 70's).
He was able to put us in a vehicle more suitable to our needs.He was very helpful
in filling out all the forms and papers.
