I attempted to purchase a 08 leftover ATV in 03/10. Got the sales manager Bob Mitchell within $300 of where I wanted to be for a price. Drove 1.5 hours up from MA with cash to convince him and make the sale. No luck. Sent Bob to talk to the GM 4 seperate times to settle with me as I was paying cash and would take it on the spot. The GM said no and wouldnt talk with me for 1 min. I walked.
Called the GM Mike Frassica days later. He gave me an attitude his whole conversation. He tells me a rebate that is supposed to be on the ATV isnt (Hondas website says otherwise). He also tells me I "should've bought it at that price when I had the chance while I was there." Because I didnt, he would not honor that price anymore. Our conversation immediately ended at that point.
I should've known reading all the negative reviews on here... But I thought I would have luck. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BEST FORD / BEST CYCLES TO ANYONE. *** BUYER BEWARE ***
Cliff notes:
- trying to buy a leftover atv
- dealer wouldnt take my cash offer on the spot
- general mgr would not talk to a potential customer for 1 min
- GM said price was a mistake and would not honor it over the phone days later
