Good: Not one thing. Bad: everything about the company>poor workmanship, an owner who never returns calls, and seems generally disinterested in customer satisfaction. Improvements: out of business. Other: I worked for him for a short time, the complaints out weighed the compliments, Roger never returned phone calls to the unsatisfied customers, he avoids conflict at all costs>i would never use his services, nor refer this business out to anyone.
