First, I took my kids here and they didn't like her. Then I went myself to try and get fit for new contacts and glasses. They gave me he worst possible service. The glasses were wrong and it took them forever to get it. Then, the contacts were not the ones I had used all my life and didn't fit well. I even asked her for same one I had used before and she said they didn't make them anymore which is not accurate. I went to Costco and bought the same contacts a week later. I tried to support the local business but it was expensive and ridiculously bad customer service and follow up. There are MUCH better places around. I feel bad saying this but it's true.
